PAYMENT

  • We accept cash, business checks, and money orders, VISA, Master Card, Discover
    and American Express.
  • Make all checks and money orders payable to Seija Spa.
  • There is a $50 fee for all returned checks.
  • Travel fees may be incurred.
  • There is no travel fee charged for 25 miles from Duluth, GA 30096. $0.25 /mile for additional miles will be added to the service rate.
  • Additional fees for parking, tolls and other travel expenses may also apply.
  • Payments made by credit cards must be made online.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • Gift certificates may be redeemed one year from the purchase date.
  • Gift certificates donated for fundraisers, charitable events,
    etc. may be redeemed up to six months from the date donated.

 

HOTEL & RESIDENTIAL

  • Reservations should be made 24 hours in advance to ensure
    Spa Associate availability.
  • To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, a 4 hour notice is
    required to reschedule or cancel appointments.
  • Changes to spa packages must be made 4 hours prior to the scheduled
    appointment to ensure the necessary equipment and supplies are brought.
  • Payments made by cash, checks and money orders
    may be given to the Spa Associate.
  • There is an $85 minimum for services.
  • Rates include travel and set-up and are subject to change.

 

SPA PARTIES & EVENTS

  • Reservations should be made 4 weeks in advance.
  • Spa parties and events are customized to fit your needs so specific rates are not available. Please contact us for a quote for your affair.
  • There is a 3 hour minimum for each spa station and Spa Associate.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit or the entire rate fee with a signed contract is required to secure the date of your party or event.
  • Final payment, a guaranteed guest count, and any changes are due 72 hours prior to party or event. We are not liable for guests failing to show.
  • An overtime fee will be assessed for services beyond scheduled time.
    Please check your service agreement for details.
  • To avoid a 30% cancellation fee a 48 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
    Full price for the total invoice will be charged for failure to give proper notice.
    Remember, deposits are non-refundable.

NOTE

Seija Spa will refuse service if any of the following apply: any medical contraindications for massage or spa treatments, broken skin or lesions, intoxication or inappropriate behavior.
If you are pregnant please state at the time of reservation or prior to treatment.
